3 Things to ‘Be' for Visible Marketing

Reaching your target audience with online and offline marketing messages is increasingly more difficult to do. Regardless of what kind of business you have, your promotions are going to be based on content. Content that is conveyed through social media, a blog, articles, workshops, talks and so on. There are three things to take care of when developing the content that is going to deliver your core messages and capabilities to your target market. These three things will help you to break through the mainstream advertising and have your message heard in the global market.  

  1. Be Real

    In today's marketing word, having a business persona is really important. Nowadays, Personal branding and online platform building are ‘Be Personal' on steroids, but the true art of ‘Be personal' is to ‘be real'. Individuals deal with individuals, and if they find your personality interesting and the way you manage relationships with them, they will always prefer doing business with you over others, particularly for a service business. It gives you a superior strength against any of your competitors because no-one else can be you. 
  2. Be Helpful

    For instance, don't simply share what your customer need to do and why it's so important for their business, instead help them to understand how to do it. Give free advice, give referrals to other people who may be able to help you with prospects, be available on weekends, and stay responsive whenever they try to contact you. The more you are genuinely helpful to your customers (delivering real value), the more they will want to stay with you.
  3. Be Consistent 

    This is the hardest of the 3 "Be's" and most challenging to fulfill. As you are providing service/product to clients on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, it's very vital to maintain the client satisfaction for your offerings. Specifically for the service industry, every client experience is unique, which makes it more challenging to satisfy the expectations of each client each time. Once you become the company who can maintain a consistent impression the results would be enormous business expansion.
    So, you need to set up your advertising foundations in place and make sure to Be Real, Be Helpful and Be Consistent and you will eventually get heard by the right audience.
